Cloud Strife

Our Jareth style will be more full on top for spiking, while the Jaguar will be less trimming overall. You can add a pack of wefts into the top or tease the hair for more volume. See these tutorials for spiking ideas!

Tifa Lockhart

The Venus is easy to style into her original look, while something shorter like the Eowyn would be closer to her Advent Children length. You could also trim the front of a Le Tigre if you want less bangs. Our Anne is a good option if you want a lacefront. Her hair does look lighter or darker depending on the reference, so Dark Brown would be a good color option as well!

Aerith Gainsborough

Aerith’s hair color varies between references. Sometimes her hair looks light enough to pass as Light Brown, while other images it may look dark enough to pass as Dark Brown. Cool Brown and Spanish Brown are great in-between shades that match most references overall. The Jeannie is a popular option since it’s a ponytail wig with thicker bangs, though some styling work needs to be done in the back to hide the base tail and make the top of the braid less bulky. One solution is to stub the tail (like in this Sailor Moon tutorial) and cover it with the hair piece from the clip-on. You’d want to loosen the elastic from the clip-on to remove the butterfly clip before gluing the hairpiece over the stub and re-tightening the elastic.

Alternatively, you could use our Jasmine style instead, which has a longer tail. We recommend re-tying the tail while it’s on your own head for the best fit, and you can also pull more hair forward for a thicker bang with heat from a hair dryer. Our Viktor tutorial shows some tips for re-securing a long ponytail like this up.

If you want a lacefront, something like our Arwen would work great for the length and center part. See our Aerith tutorial using this style!

Sephiroth

Le Tigre in Light Grey

Tauriel in Light Grey

While Sephiroth’s hair is described as “Silver,” Light Grey is a pretty good match. You could use Silver as an alternative, but it will be closer to white. Use the teasing tricks from this tutorial to add volume to the bangs:

Note: longer hair can weigh down the teasing. You might consider feathering length in the front to make this easier:

Our Anne style is a good lacefront option as well if you don’t want to pluck the Tauriel’s widow’s peak, though it’ll be a little shorter. See our tutorial here for plucking lacefront hairlines:
